Ross was aware that we were only looking and not interested in purchasing the property he was showing at the Open Home, but he listened to us, discussed the market.  He came to visit our home  and gave us some helpful suggestions about buying and selling at that time.

Even through the Auction date was brought forward we had at least 4 different parties bidding.  The price we received, far exceeded our expectations.
